The open source version of the OpenQM Multivalue Database is released under
the terms of the General Public Licence version 2 (June 1991). The full

Ladybridge Systems makes the OpenQM source available strictly for use within
the terms of the GPL. Any violation of this licence will be pursued to the
maximum extent allowed in law. You are strongly advised to seek legal advice
if you are in any doubt about compliance with the GPL.

Users of the open source version of OpenQM must register for access to the
download site, giving their name, postal address and email address. Access is
controlled by a password that must not be divulged to third parties.
Whilst your planned use may fall within the strict rules of the
GPL, we would strongly recommend the small investment required for a
commercial licence. The reasons for this are:

A four user, annually renewable developer licence is available free of charge
